About me
Al Grazioli is Vice President at Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), a national development advisory and program management firm. He brings over 20 years of experience in real estate and business development, with deep expertise in workforce housing, real estate asset strategies, and educational facility development.
Prior to joining B&D, Al served as Director of Real Estate and Business Development for the Los Angeles Unified School District, the second-largest school district in the nation, where he led facilities, real estate, and asset management. His accomplishments included delivering 185 affordable apartments for district staff through multi-family housing joint ventures, negotiating over $50 million in joint ventures and lease agreements, and leading a $75 million medical clinic initiative. Earlier in his career, he was president of The Grazioli Company, a real estate advisory firm managing development projects valued at over $1 billion.
At B&D, Al leads strategic initiatives addressing workforce housing challenges and the repurposing of underutilized educational assets for K-12 districts and community colleges. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Rice University.
