About me
Anne Wulczynski is the Environmental Education Program Manager for the Special Education Department at SCCOE. With 17 years of experience in education, she has served as a dedicated special education teacher before stepping into her current role. Anne provides hands-on environmental lessons across 16 school sites, supporting students ages 3–22. Her work centers on climate stewardship, sensory-rich experiences, independent living skills, nutrition, and vocational education. She designs inclusive, accessible programming that meets students where they are—ensuring all learners can meaningfully engage with the natural world while building practical, lifelong skills.
