CASC State Government on a Local Level Director and Elected Student Board Representative
Ethan serves as State Government on a Local Level Director and an elected Student Board Representative at the California Association of Student Councils, California’s largest statewide student-led leadership and advocacy organization. He leads the statewide OnBoard Fellowship and coordinates more than 100 student leaders advancing student priorities across California. Ethan is also President of Coalition PAC, California’s largest youth-led political action committee, where he has helped engage over 86,000 young people and expand the organization to more than 250 chapters. At the Institute for Youth in Policy, he has helped develop civic education partnerships with Google, Harvard, and CIRCLE at Tufts University. He also brings state and federal policy experience from his work in the California State Assembly and U.S. Congress.
