Sarine A. Abrahamian is a Managing Partner at Orbach Huff & Henderson, with more than twenty years of experience representing public agencies, including K-12 and community college districts statewide, on complex real estate and public agency matters. Her practice focuses on real property acquisition, disposition, and leasing, as well as school consolidation, closure, and asset management, with particular emphasis on public-private development projects.
She has substantial trial and arbitration experience, including a unanimous jury verdict in an eminent domain action and a successful arbitration award in a construction dispute, and has represented school districts before the California Court of Appeal. Sarine is a frequent speaker and MCLE trainer at school facilities and trade conferences, including CASH, CASBO, CABSE, and CSBA events.
Sarine holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and is admitted to practice in all California State courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
